Kate Muir – Writer and documentary maker

Kate Muir is the author of ‘Everything You Need to Know About the Menopause (but were too afraid to ask)’ and the producer of two Channel 4 menopause documentaries with Davina McCall. ‘Sex, myths and the menopause’, played a significant part in raising awareness of women’s experiences and laid out the facts about shortfalls in menopause care and the safety of HRT. Since the film aired in May 2021, many more women are asking for help and considering treatments and thousands of GPs have accessed training thanks to funding from The Menopause Charity.
