Dr Harriet Holme was a paediatric doctor and is now a Registered Nutritionist and founder of Healthy Eating Dr, an education platform providing evidence-based nutrition and health information. She provides nutritional consultancy, hosts the ‘Eating for Health’ podcast and lectures on culinary science and nutrition.
